The Lord of Evil
“That’s right. The Evil Abyss is a space of special existence and isn’t completely isolated from the outside world, so it shouldn’t be regarded as a atypical spatial zone. Once there is massive changes in air current or if there’s any great movements, different degrees of storms will be created outside. Some of them who had poorer luck will be blown away by the spatial storms into the Evil Abyss. Sister Qingcheng and I are the example people with bad luck.”
Huang Ying smiled bitterly. Big Yellow was right. The Evil Abyss wasn’t a true atypical spatial zone. It wasn’t a separated world like the Inferno Hell in Qi Province. But it was rare for people to be blown into the Evil Abyss because most of these spatial storms would only appear in desolate areas. As such, those who were swept into the Evil Abyss by the spatial storm could only be labelled as the extremely unlucky group.
As a matter of fact, there were also lots of lucky ones like the two of them in Evil Abyss.
“It seems like not everyone in the Evil Abyss is a ferocious being. There are still some who were brought in by the spatial storms.” Jiang Chen heaved a sigh.
“Yes. Normally, those who are like us will be oppressed once they got here and won’t live for long, because there are evils and killings everywhere. It’s very hard for any of us to survive.” Said Huang Ying in a somewhat sentimental tone.
“Big Brother Jiang, why have you come to the Evil Abyss?”
Yan Qingcheng asked with curiosity. Back when Jiang Chen left Yan City, he had gone to One-Line-Sky. She hadn’t even dreamt that she would actually meet Jiang Chen here.
“I was sent here as a punishment and also as a tough-training.”
Jiang Chen shrugged, then told his story in Skycloud Pavilion to the two, causing them to roll their eyes.
“Big Brother Jiang, every place you go will always lose its peace. You have already caused such a big uproar in such a short period of time.”
Yan Qingcheng felt somewhat speechless, however, this was the Jiang Chen that she exactly knew. The Jiang Chen who would leave an eternal mark on every place he went.
“But Young Master Jiang, the situation in the Evil Abyss is rather complicated. Here is far more dangerous than the outside world. There are dangers and threats everywhere. Being a little careless will give the others the chance of killing you.” Huang Ying shook her head.
“Isn’t there an exit to the outside world here?” Asked Jiang Chen curiously.
“There is, but the passageway is controlled by some very powerful people. It is virtually impossible for any ordinary people to walk out of here alive.” Said Huang Ying.
Jiang Chen was dumbfounded after knowing the complex situations in the Evil Abyss. He didn’t imagine that there was actually someone blocking the exit.
“Sister Ying, tell us more about the situation in this place.”
Said Jiang Chen. As he had just arrived here, he didn’t know much about this place. He initially thought that this was similar to Inferno Hell, so he didn’t give many thoughts to it. But now, it seemed like it wasn’t that simple. There might even be major powers that existed in the Evil Abyss.
As Huang Ying was brought in earlier than Yan Qingcheng, she knew the status in the Evil Abyss better than anyone. It was necessary for Jiang Chen to gain a better understanding of the place first, he might be staying here for a period of time.
“There are no rules in the Evil Abyss. The strongest and most powerful are humans. They are different species that is either demon or devil. The blood that flows in their body is the blood of evil. They are born to commit crimes. The more people they kill, the higher the crimes they committed which also gives them higher cultivation base. They claim to be the Evil Clan and this place is named after them.”
Huang Ying explained. Whenever she mentioned the Evil Clan, fear was revealed on her face.
“In the past, the Evil Abyss was the kingdom of Evil Clan. Everyone who was sent into the Evil Abyss for punishment or those innocent experts who were brought in here by the spatial storms would become the prey of Evil Clan. All of them ended up pretty badly. But this pattern changed ever since the Evil Lord came. By establishing his own forces, he eventually forced the Evil Clan into the depths of the Evil Abyss. Later, he had set up a system, but of course, it was basically useless here. All these years, humans and Evil Clans had been clashing with one another. The Evil Clan longed to get rid of the Evil Lord so that they could rule the Evil Abyss once more, at the same time, the Evil Lord didn’t stop launching attacks at the Evil Clan, desiring to take full control of the Evil Abyss, but none of their dreams had ever been realised.” Huang Ying had a very deep understanding of the situation in the Evil Abyss.
Jiang Chen’s eyes brightened up, instantly developing a deep interest in this Lord of Evil.
“Currently, half of the Evil Abyss has already been occupied by mankind. There are different divisions in these territories, namely outer area, middle surrounding and interior surrounding. Each division consist different forces and competitions. Right now, we are at the outer area of territory. The forces here isn’t big, but it is still equally dangerous compared to the other divisions. Most of the humans here are violent and ferocious, those who don’t have these qualities will die.” Huang Ying spoke.
“Does Sister Ying know what the Evil Lord’s cultivation base is?” Asked Jiang Chen curiously.
“I’m not very sure about this. My strength is still far from approaching the land where Evil Lord lives, but the fact that the Evil Lord could force the Evil Clan into the depths of the Evil Abyss indicates that his cultivation must be, at least at the early Immortal King realm.” Said Huang Ying.
“Early Immortal King realm? There isn’t even an Immortal King expert in One-Line-Sky. It seems like the Evil Abyss sure is extraordinary.”
Jiang Chen revealed a trace of a smile. He was now filled with anticipation. Now, it seemed like this place would be even more interesting than Inferno Hell. He always liked this kind of feeling, it only meant that his trip here wasn’t in vain.
