Chapter 368: Chapter 366: Little Prince Wants to Take Care of His Sister_1
Eating cold food isn’t good for the stomach, but Sister doesn’t like to cook, so we just make do.
When Xuan’er grows up, he will follow Sister on her travels, taking care of her and cooking for her.
Su Qingluo is determined to get to Medicine King Valley as soon as possible, so she takes shortcuts to save time.
Little did she know that her casual actions during this trip to seek treatment have already left an indelible impression in Little Prince’s heart.
Back in Woniu Village, Little Prince really learned how to comb hair and cook with Grandma Liu.
The little boy, filled with his own dreams, was very serious about learning.
“Brother Meng, let’s just have a simple meal. You can go back to the cabin and take a nap.”
Su Qingluo, unaware of Little Prince’s hidden thoughts, took out a few sesame cakes from her bag and handed them to Wang Meng.
“I’m not going to sleep now, I’ll take a nap at noon.”
Wang Meng took the sesame cake, not minding that it was hard, and with one bite, he ate half of it.
“Xuan’er, just bear with it and eat something too.”
Su Qingluo tore half of the sesame cake and handed it to Little Prince.
“Ok.”
As Little Prince bit into the cold and hard sesame cake, he tried his best to break it into pieces with his tiny teeth, further determined to learn how to cook.
“Meow.”
Attracted by the smell, the little leopard cub crawled out of the cabin with its short legs.
“What can Baoya eat?”
Little Prince looked at the hard and hard-to-swallow sesame cake in his hand, couldn’t help but refrained from throwing it to the little leopard cub.
“Feed it with fish.”
Su Qingluo communicated with Little Kingfisher through her psychic powers, asking it to catch a fish to feed the little leopard.
“Chirp, chirp.”
Little Kingfisher swooped down from the sky, dove into the water, and brought back a small fish about an inch long, tossing it on the stern of the boat.
“Meow, meow.”
The little leopard cub cheerfully crawled over, sniffing around the small fish with its tiny nose.
“Pfft.”
The still alive fish fought back, flinging its tail and splashing a faceful of water on the little leopard cub.
“Meow.”
Apparently frightened by the splash, the little leopard cub turned and ran.
“Hahaha.”
Little Prince found amusement in their antics, laughing heartily while holding his sesame cake.
“It’s too young, it doesn’t know how to eat live fish.”
Su Qingluo smiled, her gaze filled with amusement.
“It’s just a small fish, swallow it in one bite. What’s there to be afraid of?”
Shitou woke up, yawning as he climbed out of the cabin, squatting down with two fingers pinching the small fish’s tail, waving it in front of the little leopard cub.
“Meow, meow.”
The little leopard cub wanted to eat the fish but didn’t dare to approach Shitou, pacing back and forth with its short legs.
Sailing on the water for a day and a night, they were accustomed to the green scenery along the river and began feeling slightly bored.
Su Qingluo and Wang Meng did not stop Shitou from teasing the little leopard and happily watched their antics.
“Brother Shitou, have a sesame cake. Sister said she’s not cooking this morning.”
Little Prince’s eyes darted around as he smiled mischievously before handing his half-eaten sesame cake to Shitou.
“Oh, okay.”
Shitou had been used to eating cold food since he was young, and hungrily took a bite out of the sesame cake, not noticing the cunning glint in Little Prince’s eyes.
“Xuan’er, if you don’t eat the sesame cake, you’ll be hungry later.”
Su Qingluo, sharp-eyed and keen-eared, had seen all of Little Prince’s sneaky moves and chided him with a smile.
“My stomach’s not hungry, hasn’t complained.”
Little Prince cheerfully ran back into the cabin, pulled a summer blanket over his head, and hid from Su Qingluo’s gaze, acting like a little quail.
“This child is getting naughtier.”
Su Qingluo laughed good-naturedly and let him be.
“Meow, meow.”
The little leopard cub continued its stand-off with Shitou, puffing up its cheeks and trying to look fierce as it threatened him.
However, its soft and mewling voice was cutely endearing.
“Haha.”
Shitou was amused by its clumsy and adorable expression, chewing on the dry and hard sesame cake while laughing happily.
