Chapter 528: Chapter 291 “Observing Destiny” and “The Invisible Trajectories of Fate” (Seeking Subscriptions)_1
The Guardian Sea is still the same Guardian Sea.
The Wizard Tower is also the same Wizard Tower.
Though there have been some notable changes in Reincarnation Simulation since the Simulator was updated, True Body Simulation, besides accumulating more time, remains just as it was before.
Milton Cheney, sitting cross-legged at the top of the Wizard Tower, seemed unaffected by the simulation.
The Light Screen that had just been floating in front of him had now completely vanished.
“We can begin.”
The next moment, with a thought, Milton’s body disappeared from the spot.
When he reappeared, he was Within the Void, outside of the Wizard Realm.
True Body Simulation was not like Text Simulation; within True Body Simulation, everything was far simpler.
There was no need to use the subconscious to affect the simulation as in Text Simulation.
Because within True Body Simulation, except for the absence of the Simulator, everything was identical to reality.
All Milton could do, equated to everything he could achieve in reality.
At this moment, Milton was starting to understand why True Body Simulation required the longest time to accumulate among the three different types of simulations.
Because the more powerful Milton became, the greater the role that True Body Simulation would play.
At this time, he was merely a Level 5 Wizard.
But he would not always be a Level 5 Wizard.
In Reincarnation Simulation, even if he used the power of ten Reincarnation Simulations combined, he could not carry the strength of reality into reincarnation.
But True Body Simulation was different.
It was still him in full control of his body, but what was different was that he could inherit all his strength from before the simulation.
In other words, if he became powerful enough in the future, True Body Simulation could be equivalent to his second or even third life.
After all, if he could live as long as the heavens in reality, he could do the same within True Body Simulation.
Of course, the prerequisite was that he had to be very strong.
While Milton Cheney had indeed become a Level 5 Wizard, he was not yet strong enough to be considered in that category.
He was certainly not weak within the Wizard Realm, but if his perspective widened to encompass the World Sea or even all worlds within the three great Realms, he would no longer be considered very strong.
However, Milton’s gaze was not yet set that far into the future.
For now, the strength of a Level 5 Wizard was sufficient.
Within the Void of the Wizard Realm, an inexplicable energy began to seep out of Milton Cheney’s body.
This mysterious energy was the Power of Destiny that linked him to the Wizard Realm.
Milton was using this Power of Destiny to peer into the River of Fate within the Wizard Realm.
It was not only the Wizard Realm that spoke of fate; every person within the Wizard Realm was also governed by it.
This meant that not only did the Wizard Realm have its own River of Fate, but every individual within it had their own unique River of Fate as well.
However, these individual Rivers of Fate did not manifest themselves.
And an individual’s River of Fate, compared to that of the Wizard Realm, was like the difference between a small stream and a vast sea.
“Boom!!”
A moment later, a thunderous explosion emanated from the Void where Milton was located.
Following that, a transparent and illusory great river of light emerged within the Void.
Milton could distinctly sense that this river was indeed the River of Fate of the Wizard Realm.
This River of Fate contained the destiny trajectories of all things within the Wizard Realm.
At this point, Milton was intent on finding his own destiny trajectory within it.
As long as a person exists, they will leave behind their own trajectory in the River of Fate.
This is absolutely indelible.
To seek the trajectory of someone’s existence in the River of Fate of the Wizard Realm, only a Level 5 Wizard could catch a glimpse of it.
Milton, now a Level 5 Wizard, and even within the ranks, his consciousness was not weak.
The reason he was doing this within True Body Simulation, rather than Text Simulation, was quite simple.
That is because Milton had already tried in Text Simulation, and the results did not please him.
Thus, Milton had decided to attempt again within True Body Simulation.
After all, this instance of True Body Simulation was the first he had entered since becoming a Level 5 Wizard.
“Still not possible, why is there no trace of my destiny trajectory within the River of Fate of the Wizard Realm?”
Within the Void, Milton’s eyes were tightly shut.
The phantasmal great river lay before him.
The river surged with waves, seeming not at all illusory but as if it truly existed.
At this moment, Milton was undoubtedly sensing for his own destiny trajectory within the River of Fate.
“Is it because I am too weak at this time that I cannot sense it?”
Milton pondered to himself.
But the very next moment, he dismissed the thought.
It definitely wasn’t because he was too weak at this time, for aside from not being able to sense his own destiny trajectory, he could still sense the destiny trajectories of others.
Such as his Mentor Bernard and his Ancestral Master.
Though it wasn’t a complete sensing, he could distinctly perceive some traces.
Just as he had understood before, as long as a person exists in the world, they would inevitably leave traces within it.
Yet at this time, Milton could not perceive any trace of himself within the River of Fate of the Wizard Realm.
Not a single one.
Given his current understanding, there was only one reason for this—it was because he did not exist within the Wizard Realm.
